How do I place my order?

You can place your cake orders either via the Internet or by Phone.

To place an order via Internet, just use the Quick Order button on the top menu bar to select a cake. Choose the size you require and click on Checkout. Our order form will allow you to fill in your particulars and the message you want written on the cake.

To place an order by Phone, call 91111165 during our business hours and one of our staff will record your order. Please be ready with the following information when making phone orders
1. Type of Cake & Size required
2. Date of Delivery & Timing
3. Full address of delivery location
4. Message you want on the cake
5. Number of Candles or Age of the Person
6. Your Handphone Number
7. Your Email address

How much in advance must I place my cake orders?

All 7th Manna cakes are "baked-to-order". This means that we only schedule to bake your cake upon receiving your order. And a lead time of 2-3 days should be expected due to existing orders.
In short, you should place your cake orders 3 working days in advance of your intended delivery date.

Examples :

Intended Delivery Day : Thursday Place
Order by : Monday

Intended Delivery Day : Tuesday Place
Order by : Previous Friday

We may occassionally accept urgent orders should our availability allow it.
7th Manna reserves the right to decline any orders, should our availability run out.

I am not in Singapore. Can I order a cake from overseas?

Yes. We do alot of these. It is a great convenience to our customers.
Just place your order online, and request to pay via DBS Internet Banking (if you have an account with them). Otherwise, just place the order, and then contact us via email or phone to arrange alternative payment method.
We are able to use online credit card processing gateways such as Paypal to bill you. You will be able to make payment with any Visa/AMEX card.
Note : We will not be able to accept your order if you do not possess any Visa/AMEX card, AND/OR you cannot use DBS Internet Banking.
