Carrotcake

A good carrotcake is hard to fine. Connoiseurs will tell you that. Very popular in US, Europe and Western countries, the Carrotcake is ideal for the health conscious. Baked with modest use of eggs, but generous fillings of fresh hand-picked carrots, 7th Manna carrotcakes delivers a rich "fruit cake" like fragrance. Yet, the use of carrots as opposed to just mixed fruits, puts the carrotcake a cut above traditional fruit cakes. The special "secret-recipe" topping cream is also a big hit with our customers. From customer feedback, it seems like the Carrotcake is especially delectable to adults and seniors due to it's "traditional" taste. Then again, our kids love it too!

Tiramisu

Good Italian-style Tiramisu is an ideal choice for those who like liqueur and coffee. Tiramisu is made with Rum and soaked in coffee. It gives a strong, alluring taste that delights those who seek out gourmet cakes. A good choice if you don't mind a little liqueur during your day. It's sure to spice up your day!

New York Cheesecake

This cake needs no introductions. Cheesecake lovers literally chase after anything that remotely looks like a cheesecake. 7th Manna cheesecakes are made from top-grade cream cheese. Using a recipe that's improved over an authentic New York style recipe, our cheesecakes promises a unique taste and texture. At once rich and creamy, without being overly heavy, you will find the light texture refreshing. Definitely for those with creamier, richer taste-buds. One customer mentions that while he usually feels "stuffed" from eating one slice of other cheesecakes, he was able to eat a few slices of 7th Manna cheesecake at once, due to it's lightness.

Choco Divine

Our Choco Divine was launched due to special request from our customers. We believe that, after rigorous experimentation, we have arrived at a chocolate cake that delivers a perfect balance of tastes. Using genuine Belgium dark chocolate, the Choco Divine delivers a very rich "quality" chocolaty taste that our customers have found "rare". The chocolate mousse layered into the sponge also helps to lighten the textures. Again making what is supposed to be a "heavy" cake, taste surprisingly lite. This cake is well received by all. Especially suited for children and those who can't pass a day without nibbling on some chocolates. That's all the tips we have time to write for now. :) We will add more as we go along. God bless!
