1. Delivery Service Availability
Delivery service is available from Tuesdays to Saturdays at a surcharge, subject to availability.
2. Delivery Timings
Timings are as follows :
- Morning : 9am to 1pm
- Afternoon : 1pm to 4pm
We will make our best effort to deliver your order per your selected timing. However, this is
subject to our delivery schedule availability and traffic conditions which are beyond our
control.
3. Per Location Charge
Each delivery will be charged per location. Delivery charge will vary by zones from starting from . Our checkout form automatically calculates the delivery cost for your district.
4. One-time Delivery Attempt
Customers should arrange for a recipient to be available to receive the cake at the appointed time of delivery.
All deliveries will be attempted once. Should there be no recipient available to receive the cake at the time of delivery, 7th Manna will contact the recipient to arrange for the recipient to collect the cake before 4pm on the same day. Should the recipient be non-contactable or a collection arrangement cannot be agreed upon, the delivery will be considered a "failed delivery", for which no refunds will be offered.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation charges apply as follows :
- More than 3 days before collection/delivery : No charge.
- 24 - 72 hours before collection/delivery : 50% of cost of order.
- Less than 24 hours before collection/delivery : 100% of cost of order (no refund).
6. Delivery Acknowledgement
Recipients are required to check the cakes upon delivery and sign on the acknowledgement slip. 7th Manna will not be responsible for the condition of the cake after knowledgement by the recipient.
7. Cake Storage
Recipients are responsible for proper storage of cakes upon delivery.
All cakes require refrigeration and should only be taken out of refrigeration shortly before cake cutting to ensure best quality.
We encourage our customers to self-collect cakes from our retail cafe located at 368 Tanjong Katong Road (S437125), just off both the PIE (Paya Lebar) & ECP (Tg Katong) exits.
Additional CBD/ERP charges apply variably depending on your location and timing of delivery.
Excess CBD/ERP charges will be advised upon delivery.
We want to be fair to all customers and only charge what is levied by LTA.
